Dine Among the Departed
Erie Cemetery has hosted two Dine Among the Departed events, a unique fundraising dinner set among the historic resting places of Erie's most influential figures. Guests enjoyed fine dining, live music, and stories of the past while supporting cemetery preservation.
Sponsorships played a key role in making the evening possible, with various levels available for those interested in contributing.

Ghosts and Legends
A Night of Mystery and History!
Our Ghosts and Legends Tours at the Erie Cemetery took guests on a spine-chilling walk through the historic grounds, uncovering eerie tales of those long departed. Attendees explored the mysteries of unlawfully opened mausoleums, whispered legends of a lurking vampire, and other chilling stories from the vaults.
A special highlight of this event was being lantern led and held at 6 p.m., where visitors experienced the cemetery’s haunting beauty by lantern light.
